All Set For The 2013 Resin Flooring Awards

FeRFA is returning to the Belfry in the West Midlands for this year’s agm, exhibition and seminars, to be held in the Woodlands Suite, the Belfry’s large conference area.
There’s a great line-up of speakers at the seminars. And you can find out what is new by visiting the stands at the industry exhibition.
The awards presentation in the evening will be hosted by Martin Bayfield (pictured right).
At 6ft10in, he was one of the tallest men in rugby and after retiring, his height helped him secure the part of Robbie Coltrane’s body double as the giant Hagrid in the Harry Potter films.
On the field Martin enjoyed a successful international career, winning 31 England caps and two Grand Slams. He played in the World Cup in South Africa and represented the British Lions in New Zealand. He’s since become an established member of the BBC commentary team, fronted NFL coverage and The World’s Strongest Man, and joined the presenting team on Crimewatch.
Before the music and dancing gets underway, the NVQ diplomas and certificates will be presented to this year’s apprentice graduates.
This year the awards are for:
Health and safety – sponsored by Stallard Kane Associates
Environmental initiative of the year – sponsored by Countrywide Waste Management;
FeRFA company of the year – sponsored by Protech Plastics Containers;
Trainer of the year (open to all full members) – sponsored by Cobra Insurance Brokers;
Project of the year (awarded jointly to a manufacturer and contractor) sponsored by Huntsman

Polyurethanes UK. This includes small project of the Year (up to 250sq m); and large project of the Year (over 250sq m).
