Domotex Asia/Chinafloor 2019

The 21st edition of Domotex Asia/Chinafloor will be taking place between 26-28 March 2019 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. This time it is expanding to 175,000m2 over 15 halls. Five of which will be dedicated to carpets and rugs, four to wooden, bamboo and other hard floors, a hall and a half to Floortech Asia and the rest four and a half are reserved for resilient floorings for sport, industrial, commercial, and residential purposes.

Also, this year the wood flooring will occupy the halls from E1 to E4, which means exhibitors will have more space to display their products.

E1 will exhibit only the international brands, like Labeco, Swiss Krono, Boen, Arte Mundi, Classen, and Faus. E2 will be housing the domestic companies, among which are Starforest, Tubao, Artree, Jinqiao, TECLIC, and Dalian Wood Flooring Pavilion.

The largest part of E3 will be reserved for floor heating, while E4 – for bamboo flooring and the Changzhou laminate flooring pavilion. This distribution will make it much easier for visitors to survey the market and connect with the exhibitors to see trends that matter to them.

Floortech Asia will occupy E5 and will be bringing ever new technologies and wood flooring printing machines to the exhibit for the first time. A part of E6 will house wood flooring supplies like cleaning and maintenance equipment, and other applications and installation technology.

Domotex Asia/Chinafloor 2019 will also present companies like Hope Ceramics Machinery Equipment and Electronics for Imaging, as it is believed that 3D printing will play an important role in the flooring industry. Many brands for mechanical equipment such as Homag, Hawk, AZUMI Mechanical Equipment, Suzhou Hotjin Precision Machinery, and Wintersteiger AG have already signed up.

The E6 will be the gateway to outdoor decking flooring and E7 will exhibit sports flooring, as that particular industry is growing extensively.

A big part of N3 and N5 will house brands such as KDF, US Floor, NOX, Tarkett, Wineo, JaeYoung, Adopen, and GoaKe. The resilient flooring section is also expanding dramatically and will be spread out to halls E6, E7, and N3-N5. It will be taking up 4.5 halls for the first time.

The W5 will once again be the hall for the Luxury Brands Carpet Show. Moreover, some other premium household carpet companies will be joining in 2019, making W5 a high-level design hall.

Since its establishment in 1999, Domotex Asia/Chinafloor has been regarded as a place to be for the floorcovering professionals worldwide and has presented a unique opportunity for manufacturers to position themselves as trendsetters.
