FN Neuhoffer Holz has developed a sophisticated paint composition to give a smooth finish for its premium FN white profiles which are available in all shades of white and in different profile shapes. MDF and solid wood (spruce / beech) are the carrier materials.

A high-quality paintable surface is offered on all white profiles, whether thick, thin, large, small, straight or curved, and whether modern or conservative, as skirting, lining, ceiling or door frame profiles.
In addition to the lacquered premium variant, more cost- effective products are also available as MDF profiles with decor foil or primed. They can be used as supplied or painted to individual colour choice.

The three versions are:

I MDF with white foil. Its finished surface can be painted with commercially available emulsion paint (avoid solvent- based paints).

I MDF white primed. This matt base coat offers various design options.

Kährs has introduced new finishing products, including a handmade stairnose system in three formats, and collection of aluminium mouldings. Kährs offers an established collection of accessory, installation and maintenance products, providing a ‘one- stop’ offer to retailers.
Made to the same design as Kährs Original planks, the new stairnose system is offered in three

stair-style formats:

lipped-edge Classic 40 and Classic 60, and straight edged Modern, each in 13mm and 15mm thicknesses.
Arangeoffinishesarealso available, including lacquer and natural oil, as well as a brushed finish and bevelled edge. A range of solid profiles is offered alongside Kährs 7mm Linnea range.

The new aluminium mouldings include T-mouldings, cover strips, end mouldings and stairnoses in a variety of formats. All are also offered in silver, sand or steel finishes.

Kährs accessories range includes wooden skirtings and mouldings, underlays, installation, maintenance and repair products. Underlay options include acoustic and DPM materials for use over concrete subfloors, whilst installation tools include knocking blocks, jemmys, wedges, PVAC wood glue and DIY installation kits. Kueberit hasintroduced the Design-Clip profile system for modern floating designer floors. The new two-part profile system has a smooth surface and 6mm expansion joints.

This easy handling clip- technique is designed to save time with installation while guaranteeing high stability due to the counter edge and 3-point integration which fixes the top and profile base.

Product sizes are from 4mm to 7.5mm, available as adapting, border and connecting profiles in the attractive Küberit metal colours.

It is available in aluminium polished and also aluminium anodised silver, gold, sand, bronze and stainless steel fine grinded, in lengthsof0.9m, 1.00m, 2.7m and 3m.

The 576 adapting profile, 33mm wide , is designed for installation on adjacent lower floors. The 577 border profile with a 20mm covering width is also suitable for higher adjacent sills, patio doors and terrace doors.
The 24mm small 578 connecting profile can be used for equal floors or up to ± 3mm different heights.
Simple installation is offered with the novelty bases on the patented Euro-Clip system for hard floors: First, firmly bolt the base profile to the ground. Schlüter-Systems says its Designer Collection of profiles complements all ceramic and stone tile installations.
The products are said to have been inspired by nature and fused from solid metal particles for added durability.
The range reportedly offers an array of choice with warm, soothing earth tones and textures.

Available in bronze, pewter and beige, these finishes are designed to complement oil-rubbed bronze fixtures in both modern and rustic designs with subtle, elegant accents for a neutral palette.

T&R Floor Covering Distributors hasadded Gradus XT stair edging to its range of trims and accessories, introduced as a result of current legislation and customer demand.

Offered with a choice of slip- resistant inserts – for dry and wet interior conditions, the XT range is designed to reduce slips, trips and falls on stairs.

The products feature an extended insert design that wraps around the leading edge of the nosing, to ensure foot contact is made with the slip-resistant surface.
