THE latest range of hammers from STANLEY features Anti-Vibe technology, designed following research into the ergonomics of a hammer blow.
The research revealed a need for controlled force, while minimising the shock of impact on the user.
As a result, Stanley developed a range of hammers using bespoke processes and parts.
Each hammer has a steel core and high-impact polypropylene jacket, a Anti-Vibe shock absorbing layer, and a rubber overmold.
A shock-absorbing collar isolates the head and handle from one another via a gasket, developed to isolate vibrations to the head and reduce shock through the handle on impact.
