Dear Mr, I am writing to thank you for introducing me. I was most impressed with the personal service I received, from Brian (the boss!) with his careful and accurate measurement for my new carpets, and for popping in later in the day to check all was going well. From Chris the carpet layer who apart from being charming, did a superb job and worked hard all day to complete the work, with the good help of his young workmate, who I am sure will learn a lot from him. From Paul who kindly even came in on his holiday!!! to help out, he will I am sure go far with that sort of service, he completed the firm’s friendly and efficient work ethic, which I was the lucky recipient of.
