Dear Brian and Barrie, First of all my apologies for not having written sooner, but I’ve just returned from two very short (but wonderful) weeks in France. Secondly, my enormous thanks for carrying out such a splendid job on my flat — the floor looks incredible and I’m absolutely over the moon with it. Having never won a thing in my life before it was a wonderful surprise and the whole experience from start to finish was absolutely superb — your company could certainly teach people a thing or two about customer service!
