Dear Tom, We wanted to say a big thank you for all your help with selecting and fitting of the carpet for our flat. The customer service was of a very high standard from your assistance in obtaining samples from factories, the gentlemen measuring for the carpet as well as the fitters and door trimmer. Everyone arrived at the time they said they would and were very polite with nothing being impossible.
