Distribution Giant Takes Over KFS

SIG plc, a major European supplier to the construction, building and industrial markets, has acquired Kent Flooring Supplies (KFS) from Faithdean plc.
KFS becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of the FTSE250 European distribution giant, SIG.

Formed in 1983, KFS is a specialist supplier of flooring products into the industry, and operates from Chatham. KFS will be integrated into SIG’s Carpet & Flooring business, which has a nationwide presence in the UK flooring market.

Carpet & Flooring adds KFS to its 11 branches and national distribution centre based in the Midlands.
