Question – How long have you been in business?
Answer – We originally started in 1973 with one showroom in Islington. We now have 5 showrooms throughout London and a Commercial Division.
Question – Do you guarantee your installation?
Answer – Yes, we have a 100% customer satisfaction policy and we will always ensure you are completely happy with the work we have done for you, before we sign it off.
Question – Which areas do you carry out installation?
Answer – We are happy to undertake any work within the M25. The Flooring Group has carried out work outside of the M25 as well. We generally undertake any work within the M25, yet have also serviced clients outside of that area on many occasions.
Question – Can you carry out work whilst I am on holiday?
Answer – Yes, this is a very common request and one area we do specialise in. You can then return from holiday to a lovely new floor in your wonderful home.
Question – Do you have many satisfied customers?

Question – Do your prices include vat?
Answer – No, all prices quoted are subject to VAT of 20%.
Question – Do you provide all equipment, tools, products and materials?
Answer – Yes, all our installers come with their own tools and equipment. Their only requirement will be the need to have access to water and an electricity supply.
Question – Are you insured?
Answer – Yes, we have full insurance cover so in the unlikely event some damage occurs during the installation, you are fully protected.
Question – Is there a minimum charge?
Answer – For an installation the minimum charge is £500 including materials and labour. However, if you simply buy materials and carry out the work yourself – there is no minimum charge.
Question – What types of payment do you accept?
Answer – We accept all major credit cards, plus personal or company cheques.
