IT is with sadness that we announce the death of Terrence David Stubbs, known to many as Terry. He was a former F. Ball and Co sales representative who worked with the company for 23 years, has passed away. Known to friends as Terry, he was born in Nottingham in 1935. He moved to Hucknall in 1956, where he was well respected as a self-employed floorlayer. Terry joined F Ball in January 1975, as a sales rep covering Nottinghamshire and surrounding counties. A TOTAL of 64 schools were found to be wanting in the 2013/2014 Health and Safety Executive (HSE) asbestos inspection. HSE inspected 153 non-local authority schools between April 2013 and January 2014, including independent, voluntary aided and foundation schools, free schools and academies. In the results just announced, 71% schools needed either no further action or were given straightforward advice.
